Made-to-Order Products
Every item at Summit Reset LLC is made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including orders placed in the wrong size or color.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@summitresetwear.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. You do not need to return the item. Eligible claims will receive a free replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
Wrong Size or Color Selected by Customer
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for customer selection errors, including ordering the wrong size or color. All sales of correctly fulfilled orders are final. We strongly encourage you to review our sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
As a one-time courtesy, if you contact us at support@summitresetwear.com explaining your sizing or color error, we may at our sole discretion offer a single-use 10% discount code toward a new order for the correct item. This courtesy is not guaranteed, is not a refund, and does not apply to repeat requests.
Color Disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to your monitor or device settings and the nature of the print-on-demand process.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped. Summit Reset LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase you agree to contact Summit Reset LLC directly at support@summitresetwear.com before filing any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider or bank.
