Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through summitresetwear.com, operated by Summit Reset LLC.
Made-to-Order Production
All Summit Reset LLC products are made to order specifically for you. Orders are generally produced within 2–7 business days before shipment. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party print-on-demand production partner.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
After production, standard U.S. shipping generally takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, holidays, or periods of high order volume. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, production and shipping times may be longer than standard estimates.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun, which typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts. We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply before reshipment. Summit Reset LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit please contact us. Lost package concerns should be reported after the following timeframes:
- Domestic orders: after 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date
We will review tracking information and carrier records. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund at our election.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
